At Dollar Heaven Club, we take pride in delivering a high-quality after life service. Items provided for free as part of a membership or promotional offer are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.
If you receive a damaged item that was provided for free as part of your membership, we are happy to offer a replacement. However, we do NOT require you to ship the damaged item back. Instead, please follow the process below to verify the damage and receive a replacement:
Steps for Requesting a Replacement
1. Email Us: Contact us at contact@dollarheavenclub.com within 14 days of receiving the damaged item.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photos showing the damage to the item
Review and Approval:
Once we receive your email and verify the damage, we will process your replacement request.
Replacement Shipment:
Upon approval, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your replacement has been shipped.
Important Notes:
No Returns Required: You are not required to return the damaged item to us.
No Refunds: As the item was provided for free with your membership, no refunds will be issued. We only offer replacements for damaged goods.
Time Frame:
Please ensure that all damage claims are made within 14 days of receiving your item to qualify for a replacement.
